Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays go out the next business day.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us. If it hasn't arrived and the tracking hasn't moved in three business days, email us and we'll chase it.
Ordering for New Year's Eve or Australia Day
Don't leave it to the last week. The collar needs time on your dog before the night — not on the night. We'd suggest ordering at least three weeks out, and ideally four.
December is also the worst month of the year for courier delays across the whole country, which is a second reason not to cut it fine.
Returns and refunds
Covered by The Full Night Guarantee. Short version: if your dog isn't calmer, email us for a full refund and keep the collar. You don't need to post anything back.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with a photo and we'll replace it immediately.

If you're emailing about a refund, just include your order number. You don't need to explain or justify anything.
Before you email about it not working
Worth checking one thing first, because it fixes it more often than anything else: is the collar fitted tightly enough?
Two fingers between collar and neck, no more. Sat high on the neck. Left on 24/7. These collars are activated by body heat and skin contact, and a loose one barely releases anything.
If it's fitted properly and you've been through a full month or a fireworks night with no change, email us and we'll refund you. No argument.
